Prices may vary slightly depending on your location, but you’ll still get 50 per cent off the original cost up to a max of £10 per person. The Eat Out To Help Out scheme launches on August 3rd and will run until August 31st, with offers available only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Businesses have signed up to the scheme, and the government has just launched a site where you can check which restaurants near you are taking part.
Rishi Sunak also announced a cut in tax for the hospitality industry from 20 per cent to five per cent. This has also helped all your favourite restaurants and fast food chains become much cheaper.
