The body of a man in his 20s has been found on Bournemouth beach

James CharalambidesThe body of a man estimated to be in his 20s was discovered on Bournemouth beach early this morning.
Emergency services were called to East Bournemouth Pier near Harry Ramsden's at 5:53am.
Police and ambulances attended the scene. A detailed search has been underway on the stretch of beach between Boscome and Bournemouth Pier.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a forensics tent has been erected nearby.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the man's death. A spokesperson said: "At 5.53am police received a report from the ambulance service that a body of a man had been found on the beach between Bournemouth Pier and Boscombe Pier.
"Officers are currently at the scene looking into the circumstances of the death. His next of kin have been informed."
His family and next of kin have been notified.
