Exeter has risen two places to 8th in this year’s Times and Sunday Times University league table.

This follows last year’s success of being named Sunday Times University of the Year.

As one of the four establishments to join the Russell Group last year, Exeter performed well in the Research Assessment Exercise, in addition to scoring highly in the student satisfaction category.

With an increase in applications of 19% and the average UCAS entry score climbing to 470 points, Exeter is attracting some of the countries’ most talented students, and is cementing its status as one of the UK’s top ten universities.
