Prince William is at the Maughan

He’s speaking about elephants

Prince William has arrived at King’s to give his biggest ever speech.

The Duke of Cambridge rolled up this afternoon to the surprise of excited onlookers.

The royal heartthrob even hung around for a chat, much to the excitement of his KCL student fans.

He’s at the Maughan to offer his thoughts on the illegal wildlife products trade, which will be broadcast to 100 million people on China’s CCTV1.

The prince was joined by Bear Grylls, Sir David Attenborough and basketball player Yao Ming.

Watching outside the library, third year politics student Lizzie Bright said: “I had no idea this was happening, but it’s pretty exciting that Prince William has come to King’s.”
