Surburb residing Londoners among the country’s fattest.
A report by Public Health England has revealed that we all could do with losing a few pounds.
A hefty 63.8% of England’s adults are overweight or obese with a body mass index of 25+, and the pesky suburbs of London are doing little to help this.

The highest in the capital is Hillingdon at 67.2%, with Bexley and Bromley finishing 2nd and 3rd in the cream cake sales League.

Those dwelling in Camden and Hackney are skinny minnies in comparison, scoring 50.1% and 48.7% respectively.
Kudos go to Kensington and Chelsea, however. With an obesity rate of 45.9%, those guys sure know how to keep in shape… well most of them do anyway.

Professor Kevin Fenton of Public Health England said: “Overall health problems associated with being overweight or obese cost the NHS over £5 billion each year”.
We could all do with coming here a bit more often
“We can all play our part in this by eating a healthy balanced diet and being more active”.
