A body of a woman has been discovered near UEA
The woman’s death is currently being treated as unexplained
Maddy AndoThe body of a woman has been found close to the University of East Anglia.
Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the death.
Emergency services were called to a property on University Drive around 12.20pm on Wednesday, October 21 where the body was discovered.
The location was cordoned until that evening. Enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding her death continue. It is currently being treated as “unexplained”.
University Drive is the main access road running through UEA’s campus. A number of student accommodation blocks surround it, including Paston House, Victory House and the INTO building.
