It’s official: Oxford is more fashionable than Cambridge

In the fashion stakes, there is no rivalry

Cambridge is the least fashionable uni in the whole of the UK, but then again who ever doubted that?

Oxford of course came above Cambridge in the fashion ranks showing that we have more fashionable students then those over at the ‘Bridge’. According to online fashion retailer Lyst, Manchester is the most fashionable uni in the UK, while Cambridge and Cardiff are the least.

Lyst disclosed which uni students spend the most on clothes per month. Their research showed that Cambridge students spend a meagre £32 per month in comparison to Manchester’s £58 average.

We spend an average of £35 per month and our most popular brand at Oxford is high street shop H&M. Not only are Cambridge laughable in comparison, but we triumph again as their most popular brand is GAP – as always cool and colourful versus mumsy and middle aged.
