The real cost of BC real estate

Housing increases almost 3k in your four years

Next year might be far away, but housing should always be on your mind if you’re at BC.

Everyone knows the housing process is the worst time of the year for your social life–but what about on your wallet?

Here is a breakdown of the prices of all these dorms you’ve either partied at or have only heard of in horror stories.

The cheapest

The cheapest digs are mostly reserved for freshmen, but the upperclassmen have a few options to save a few bucks too. Coming in at a little under $8,500, Newton, Upper, CoRo, Greycliff, and 66 all are options for the thrifty kind.

The party dump

The typical BC student has been probably been to a party here, no matter how dirty it is. Walsh comes in at $9,000.

Sophomore Central

The desired living space for sophomores is up next and the desired living for a few juniors and seniors. Vandy, 90, and Stayer come in just under $9,500.

Party spaces

Time for the true upperclassmen. Ignacio, Rubi, Edmonds, and the Mods come in at $10,00 – $10,350.

Calling all seniors

Gabelli and Voute are for the oldest, wisest and seemingly the richest of students. Rooms in these halls can range anywhere from $10,700 – $11,280.
