Cornell Psi U brother arrested for sexual assault
He’s been charged with three felonies
Cornell junior Wolfgang Ballinger, 21, has been arrested for sexual assault, according to a statement released by the Cornell University Police Department.

Psi Upsilon, Ballinger’s fraternity, was suspended as of Monday following the report of sexual assault over the weekend.

In a unanimous motion by the Interfraternity Council, all remaining fraternities will have to receive training from Consent Ed and Cayuga’s Watchers by the end of this year in order to remain active chapters.
