Body found in Charles River
It was found at 8.15am this morning
A body has been discovered in the Charles River, according to Massachusetts State Police.
It was discovered around 8:15am this morning on the Cambridge side of the river, close to the Longfellow Bridge.
The Marine Unit was sent to recover the body – it is unclear whether it was a man or a woman.
It was found near the Longfellow Bridge and seems to have been in the river for quite some time.
