Harper Lee dies aged 89
Author of To Kill a Mockingbird died in her hometown
Pulitzer Prize winning author, Harper Lee, passed away this morning. She was 89.

The author of To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee was one of the most influential authors of our time. The novel we all read during high school had a strong impact on all of us – and it was probably the first book we studied that focused on racism so deeply.
She will be sorely missed, and our condolences go out to her loved ones.
Rest in peace, Harper Lee.
