Evening classes canceled as trees toppled across campus
Winter storm Quinn brought an onslaught, only a tad late for a snow day
After announcing that classes will precede as scheduled this morning, Princeton University finally canceled evening classes as trees and branches cracked and fell on students walking on over a foot of snow.
"All evening classes canceled due to worsening conditions on campus. University Library will close at 6 p.m. Frist Campus Center and dining halls are open. University will resume normal operations at 5 a.m. Be careful when walking on campus due to heavy snow on branches and wires," the announcement read.
