South Central meth head takes hammer to his own car
Is it just me or is South Central getting crazier?
As USC is located in the heart of South Central, students have to deal with the characters that come with the neighborhood.
For the most part, the South Central community is full of great families and caring neighbors, people who contribute to the USC community gregariously.
However, from time to time there are a few troubled individuals that continue to out do themselves with their out-of-control behavior.

Destroyed car on the corner of Vermont between 31st and 32nd street.
A police officer on the scene told The Tab that tonight that a depressed intoxicated gentleman high on Crystal Meth took a hammer to his own car, located on the corner of Vermont between 31st and 32nd street, and destroyed both front and rear windshields.
Five cop cars and three firetrucks came moments after the incident, and have released a warrant out for this gentleman's arrest.

This incident occurred less than a five minute walk from campus
Hopefully the gentleman is able to find the necessary treatment and care that he needs. However, as of now, police have not reported that they have arrested the suspect.
This incident is just another added layer to the bizarre activities that occur in our USC lives.
