UT Austin’s journalism program ranked second in the nation
And it’s not just some kids spewing facts back and forth because they don’t like Texas A&M
USA Today released a listing of the top 10 schools for journalism in the US. UT Austin made the list coming in high at second.
College Factual, which is a “data geeks” group helped to collect the data, leading to the list of the best places to get your undergraduate degree in journalism.

The factors include quality of the overall school as well as the starting and mid-career salaries of journalism graduates.
There you have it folks, UT came in at number 2 on the list overall. As well, as coming in at the top spot for public schools with a decently affordable price tag (in comparison to places like NYU and BU).
