UVA is one of the most sleep deprived schools in the country

Can we all just, like, take a nap?

According to data recently released by Jawbone, UVA is one of the most sleep deprived schools in the country.

The average UVA student gets 7.06 hours a night, waking up at 8:38am and heading to bed at 12:55am to do it all over again.

There is a pretty direct correlation between school ranking and sleep deprivation, which might explain why we get less sleep than William & Mary or even Oxford.
