Today was the beginning of a new era: a barbecue food truck posted up right next to the dumpling cart.
As a self-proclaimed barbecue connoisseur I couldn’t be more excited
With no storefront elsewhere, this cart is exclusively on grounds and is now a permanent fixture to the Street Eats facet of UVA Dining. It accepts Plus Dollars just like the other carts.
The cart serves different kinds of barbecue meat, and the very friendly staff personally recommends the brisket as extra tasty.
It is open from 11 am – 3 pm.
