Yale ranks third in country for best financial aid
‘You don’t need to be wealthy to have access to a Yale education’
According to The Princeton Review 2017 College Rankings, Yale offers the third best financial aid packages in the country for undergraduates.
“In fact, Yale’s annual expected financial aid budget is larger than many schools’ endowments,” notes the Princeton Review. “Yale spends more than $100 million dollars on student financial aid annually.”
Two other Ivy League schools were also featured on the list: Princeton beat out Yale to take the number two spot on the list, while Columbia ranked fifteenth.
Yale also made the top 20 on the lists of Most LGBTQ-Friendly Colleges (#20), Best College Newspapers (#13), Colleges that Pay You Back without Aid (#9) and Best Career Placement (#17).
