Revealed: The unis with the highest graduate salaries

Bad news if you’re at Lincoln

| UPDATED

Imperial grads earn the most when they leave uni, but if you go to Lincoln you will have one of the lowest salaries.

Graduates from Bristol can expect to earn £23,849 a year, which is £3,000 more then Leeds.

The Sunday Times University Guide worked out how much we will earn when we leave uni based on the average pay of last year’s graduates.

Oxford and Cambridge salaries were almost exactly the same at just under £26,000.

London unis scored better, with Imperial, LSE, King’s College, UCL and Queen Mary all making the top 10.

St. Andrews grads can expect the highest pay of all Scottish unis, with Edinburgh coming closely behind.

Despite scoring highly in most ranking tables, graduate pay from York was surprisingly low at £21,124 – which is £3,000 less than Warwick.

They’re not Russell Group unis, but the average salaries of Oxford Brookes and Aston grads are higher than Liverpool, Exeter and Sheffield.

The uni with the lowest salary in the country was poor Norwich University of the Arts, where a graduate can expect to earn just £14,908 on average.
