If you’ve just watched all of Selling Sunset and are now stuck thinking there are no series like it that even come close to the levels of drama, you’ll be pleased to know you are totally wrong.

Million Dollar Beach House

Million Dollar Beach House is pretty much the next best thing to Selling Sunset. It’s basically the same premise, but with swanky beach houses in the Hamptons. The show follows a mainly male cast, from Nest Seekers International brokerage company. The agents sell huge, multi-million dollar listings in the east side of Long Island, New York. Of course, it will also show all the drama going on in their personal lives too, just like Selling Sunset does.

The Netflix synopsis for the series reads: “The competition is fierce — and the drama undeniable — as a group of young and hungry agents try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons.”

Dream Home Makeover

If you love dreamy interiors and gorgeous houses, you need to get on Dream Home Makeover right now. There are currently two seasons on Netflix, and more have been confirmed, too. The series follows Syd and Shea McGee – the influencer couple behind interior design company Studio McGee. Shea, who is an interior designer, created the couple’s dream home, and then began posting the pictures from it on Instagram. This then turned into them starting their own business.

The series follows as they do up people’s houses, and honestly, they are all incredible. The Netflix synopsis for the show says: “Dreams come true for real families looking for the perfect home tailored to their own unique style, thanks to Shea and Syd McGee of Studio McGee.”

The Hills

The Hills was like the original Selling Sunset. It’s a reality show, following the lives of several young women living in LA. This show is how people like Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag first got famous. Think huge dramas and luxury living all rolled into one messy reality series. A dream.

Stay Here

Netflix series Stay Here is all about homeowners who are renting out rooms, or their entire houses, to short-term renters. The series visits all kinds of homes across the US, from house boats to New York hostel style homes. The houses get a well-needed transformation to help them make more money and ace the market in their area.

Instant Hotel

This Netflix show is like Four In A Bed, but with fancy Airbnbs in Australia. The contestants go and stay at each other’s places with the aim of being voted the best value for money. The interiors are everything – from incredible penthouse luxury to underground conversions. And they argue over who gets to stay in the master suite, a lot.

Styling Hollywood

Styling Hollywood on Netflix centres around JSN Studio in Hollywood – which does interior design and celebrity styling. Married couple Jason Bolden and Adair Curtis work with famous faces and give us an insight into what they do. Oh and there’s drama, obviously – like a dress with a hole in the day before the Emmys.

The Real Housewives

If you want a series which provides top quality drama like Selling Sunset does, look no further than The Real Housewives. There are real housewives series set all over the place, including The Real Housewives of Orange County, Beverly Hills, New Jersey, New York City, Atlanta, Miami and Cheshire.

You basically just get to watch all the drama the women get involved in, and they live in amazing homes and have rich husbands, of course.

Amazing Interiors

Netflix’s Amazing Interiors is like if “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” was made into a TV show. It basically explores houses that look pretty plain or normal from the street, but are extraordinary on the inside. One house has a secret circus theme, another is completely medieval inside and one more is entirely pink. They really have to be seen to be believed. The Netflix synopsis says: “Meet eccentric homeowners whose seemingly ordinary spaces are full of surprises, from a backyard roller coaster to an indoor aquarium.”

Tiny House Nation

If you love the interior aspect of Selling Sunset, Tiny House Nation is an interior makeover show lover’s dream – it’s just on a much smaller scale. The show follows host John Weisbarth and renovation expert Zack Giffin, as they travel around the US meeting people who are creating teeny tiny homes to live in. Think lots of hidden storage and hacks to make rooms look bigger when they’re not. Even though the size of the of houses are a million miles away from those on Selling Sunset – this show will still blow your mind.

Queer Eye

If you haven’t watched Queer Eye yet, you really need to. And if you have, there’s no way you remember all of seasons – so you can probably rewatch a few episodes and still enjoy it. Plus, there are more episodes on the way later this month!

Queer Eye is the ultimate reality TV guilty pleasure. The series follows the “Fab Five”: Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan France and Karamo Brown. Their job is to completely transform the lives of people who are nominated to go on the show. They change all aspects of their lives, from literal makeovers to guiding them on the lifestyle and eating habits. Bobby Berk is in charge of interior design, as the nominees’ houses get transformed too.

Selling Tampa

What’s more of a series like Selling Sunset than a literal spin-off of it? Selling Tampa drops on Netflix on December 15th and is about a luxury real estate agency in Florida. The new ladies are described as fun and fiery, and this time the luxury homes they sell are beaut beachy waterfront properties in the Florida Suncoast area. There will be eight, 45-minute episodes of the show to truly fuel our love for expensive houses and drama.
