Netflix dropped The Kissing Booth 3 last week and the ending has everyone asking the same thing: WILL ELLE AND NOAH GET TOGETHER AGAIN?? Over three films we’ve seen Elle, Noah and Lee go through a lot and the ending wasn’t that clear, so it’s no surprise that for the final film people have been Googling “The Kissing Booth 3 ending explained” after watching it.

The final film follows Elle who graduates high school and struggles with whether she should go to Berkeley or Harvard. Noah is already at Harvard and claims he wants to get an apartment off campus to live in with Elle and Lee is heading to Berkeley.

Netflix’s The Kissing Booth 3 wraps up the trilogy and reveals where the main characters end up post-college. It follows Elle, Lee and Rachel’s high school graduation and shows Elle struggling with deciding whether to go to Harvard with her boyfriend Noah, or Berkeley with Lee, her best mate.

Lee and Noah’s mum and dad then decide they want to sell their beach house, so Elle, Noah, Lee and Rachel all move in over the summer. That’s when Elle decides to go to Harvard whilst trying to keep Lee chill by completing their childhood bucket list. Along this, Elle’s dad has a new girlfriend, Marco comes back trying to win Elle’s heart and strains her relationship with Noah.

By the end of the summer, Noah and Elle have broken up and Elle is in a fight with Lee. She decides not to go to Berkeley or Harvard and instead goes for the University of Southern California for a degree in video game design.

So after Elle accepts her place at the University of Southern California to study video game creation, she has a soppy goodbye scene with Lee and a flashback to when she said goodbye to Noah.

The movie then cuts to six years later, post-college and we see Elle again with the world’s worst haircut. It’s also revealed that Lee and Rachel did get back together and got engaged after college. Elle and Lee picked up their friendship as though it never left, and even get to see their original kissing booth again at the school fair. Then Elle sees Noah for the first time since she left for college and he reveals he has job offers at law firms in LA and New York. He hasn’t decided which offer he is taking but suggests going on a motorcycle ride when he’s back in town.

Then we see the motorcycle scene play out which got us thinking: is there going to be a Kissing Booth 4?? Do we know for certain whether Elle and Noah end up together? Joey King, who plays Elle, told Variety that the ending of the film is up for interpretation from anyone who fancies watching.
