Made in Chelsea jobs: This is what all the current cast actually do for a living

The entire premise of Made in Chelsea is that we sit and enjoy rich people being rich. It seems like all they do is go out for brunch, drink champagne, throw expensive parties and argue. And to an extent, that is pretty much it. But all that aside, some of the Made in Chelsea cast have actual real life jobs that they do alongside being on the show and having huge trust funds.

From the obvious social media influencers and models, to the more out their side hustles they’re running outside of filming time  – here are exactly what jobs the current cast members of Made in Chelsea have, if they do have one alongside just being effortlessly rich and famous.

Ollie and Gareth Locke

Being Ollie Locke is pretty much a full time job in itself. Since being known on the show he has written books, been on multiple TV shows and has even been in a movie! In 2017, Ollie Locke co-founded the dating app Chappy. It’s for gay men, with the aim being to improve the dating app scene for gay men, and expand further from centring purely around sex. He sold the app later the same year for £1m.

His husband, Gareth Locke, is a commercial director at luxury clothing brand Holland Cooper. He first joined the company in 2010 as an office manager.

Olivia Bentley

Olivia has sometimes brought her job onto the show, speaking about shoots and work she does as a nude photographer. As well as this, she does a lot of work on the side as a social media influencer. Her Instagram contains a lot of adverts and collabs with brands such as Love Honey, health and vitamin brands and jewellery and perfume companies.

Digby Edgley

You guessed it, 26-year-old Digby is a model. Before appearing on Made in Chelsea, he was a personal trainer and semi-professional golfer.

James Taylor

In this season, James being busy with work has been mentioned. James has previously worked as a model, and right now is set to take over his family business. The family business is linked to sales engineering.

Maeva D’Ascanio

Maeva was born in Paris, but now lives in London and works as an ambassador for luxury jewellery brand King Jewels London, where she also has her own line of products. Maeva too does a lot of sponsored work on Instagram, recently doing collabs with brands such as Boux Avenue and skincare companies.

Miles Nazaire

Miles graduated from the Brit School in 2014 with a degree in Broadcast Digital Communications, and went on to have his own music production label called NuffSaid. He doesn’t do that any more, and it looks like his current work includes being very modelly and into Instagram. Fair enough.

Verity Bowditch

Verity runs her own vegan food company, which we saw some members of the cast sampling in a picnic during the show. She’s co-founder of Clean Kitchen Club, which has an aim of bringing plant based to the mainstream. The company has sites in Soho, Camden and a third at Battersea power station coming next year. Verity, who previously worked in sales and account managing, also now runs pilates classes.

Sophie ‘Habbs’ Habboo

27-year-old Habbs graduated from Newcastle University in 2015, where she studied Media Communications and Cultural Studies, and joined Made in Chelsea for series 14. She now works as an influencer and brand partner, and also co-founded a swimwear company, called Gi-swim, with her sister.

Sophie Hermann

Sophie Hermann currently works as a fashion designer and influencer.

Fredrik Ferrier

Fredrik Ferrier is an extremely talented musician, and he posts a lot of his work on Instagram. He is also the director of the company GEIST, an international private art dealership and collection, and a model.

Sam Thompson

Sam Thompson started out as Jamie Laing’s intern but now is a favourite on the show and has become a huge reality TV name. Sam has appeared in Celebrity Big Brother, Celebs Go Dating, and The Celebrity Circle.

Mark-Francis Vandelli

Mark-Francis is one of the poshest people to grace this planet, let alone Chelsea. He inherited some of his mother’s huge fortune and owns a French antiques business in Paris. His parents are Russian princess, Diane Boulting-Casserley Vandelli, who is a millionaire socialite and was a Yves Saint-Laurent model in the ’70s and ’80s and former Italian industrialist, Marzio Vandelli.

Tristan Phipps

Tristan used to be a walking safari guide, working at the Kruger National Park. He then worked as a South Africa travel specialist. He obviously doesn’t do that now, and alongside being on the show does a lot of paid brand work on Instagram.

Paris Smith

When Paris Smith joined the show, she was described as a model and socialite. She has worked for Chic Sports, Body London and Gucci. She’s also recently done collabs on Instagram with brands such as Boux Avenue.

Emily Blackwell

Emily is a model and is also the director of her own lingerie company, UYC London.

Harvey Armstrong

Harvey is a chartered accountant and owns Prime Time Lager. The company describes itself as “the world’s first low calorie caffeine infused lager. Born from a love of beer and good times.” He is listed as the CEO in his Instagram bio, and posts about the brand a lot. Harvey has also been playing rugby for years – he’s a fullback and currently plays for Gibraltar Rugby. He’s done rugby tours all over Europe.

Reza Amiri-Garroussi

Reza is 33-years-old and currently works in tech. He worked in public relations before moving to work in technology at a company called Unruly. He has a very corporate LinkedIn to match.

Ruby Adler

Ruby currently works at modelling agency Storm as an agent. One of her clients is previous Made in Chelsea cast member, Zara McDermott.

Julius Cowdrey

Julius was previously on MIC but left in 2017 to pursue a music career and appeared on The Voice in 2020. He has worked as a singer, songwriter and record producer and is now back on the show.

Inga Valentiner

Inga joined the show recently as Tiff’s best friend who had lived in Bali for four years. When she’s not living it up on the other side of the world or hanging out with south west London’s elite, Inga is an artist. She does custom designs and sketches, mainly to put on surfboards and canvases. She has also done some custom tattoo designs, and has an Instagram account to display her art work.
