“Legs and hips and body” is an excerpt of the song Legs, Hips, Body by Kandi Burruss. Kandi Burruss is a main cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta – and also a Grammy Award winning songwriter, known for writing No Scrubs for TLC. This song is actually taken from the soundtrack of a 2014 musical that Kandi made with her husband about a mother and daughter’s relationship.

After Kandi posted a clip of it on TikTok saying she was serving “legs and hips and body”, the video started to go viral. Kandi has acknowledged the song’s growth on her Twitter.
