Shaking, crying, throwing up
Start your engines girls, gays and theys: BBC Three has just officially announced the premiere date for Drag Race UK returning to BBC Three and iPlayer for season four as 22nd September.
There are only THREE WEEKS to go until we get to see the next batch of queens turn it out with their charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent for RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton to be crowned the UK’s Next Drag Superstar.
It has also confirmed that after the premiere date of 22nd September, season four of Drag Race UK will be running for 10 weeks as the queens battle it out to follow in the footsteps of The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney and last year’s winner Krystal Versace.
Yesterday, BBC announced all the celeb guest judges of the season – and the queens are in for some legendary company. Helping Mama Ru judge the show alongside the main panel will be Dame Joanna Lumley, Alison Hammond, Hannah Waddingham, Boy George, Lorraine Pascale, Mel B, Leomie Anderson, Olly Alexander and FKA Twigs. But not just that – the following icons will be popping in to help Ru and assist the queens in the singing, dancing and comedy challenges throughout the season: AJ Odudu, Tess Daly, Giovanni Pernice, Aisling Bea and Cathy Dennis.
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Series 4 returns to BBC Three and BBC iPlayer on 22nd September at 9pm.
Whilst you wait, catch season two of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under on BBC iPlayer.
