Revolution Aberdeen gets a revamp
Anyone for a Pornstar?
Last week, the go-to cocktail bar for students closed its doors so it could undergo a substantial makeover.
The 'drinks with the gals' boomerang hotspot reopened on Saturday 1st February with a massive relaunch party which saw queues outside the venue for most of the night.
The event had dancers, robots, a balloon artist and more to entertain its attendees throughout the night.

Mr Roboto is that you?
But what are the major changes I hear you ask? Well, despite an update to much of the decor, they've removed the glass partition wall, opening up the venue making it feel a lot brighter and more spacious. Speaking to staff, they say this will help allow them to take bookings for bigger parties. (did someone say society social?)
As well as giving the upstairs area a pretty significant makeover, they've also replaced all the chairs in the venue with new boujee looking ones, and we can confirm they are much comfier than the previous ones.
One of the biggest changes the venue has seen is the introduction of a very aesthetically pleasing fire pit. Perfect for a cosy catch up or a cheeky wee date night spot.

All the cosy vibes
But don't worry Rev fans, it's not all change. The menu is still the same as before so no need to panic bout your staple Saturday Night Stud Puffin disappearing or the legendary vodka pizza going anywhere anytime soon.
And of course, for all your insta story needs, the photobooth still remains in its usual place. Thank god for that.

Has anyone ever taken these without looking a mess?
We know you're thinking what we're thinking… when's the next cocktail night?
