Am I losing my mind or is Mel C hosting a virtual Big Cheese tomorrow

Spice Girl Mel C is hosting a virtual Big Cheese this Saturday for all students still keen to celebrate graduating. It’s admittedly not the 6am bender they might have hoped for, but hopefully Scary Spice can bring something almost as wild to the (allspice) mix.

This is the first we have heard of Mel C being a DJ, and to those wondering if Calvin Harris or David Guetta was busy, Who Do You Think You Are? These are extremely strange times and you should be down for everything and anything right now, no matter how random, in order to Spice Up Your Life a little.

The live-stream DJ set kicks off at a very reasonable 8pm tomorrow evening and can be accessed on the EdUni Students What’s On Facebook page. There are currently over 1.1K people interested on the event.

The posts on EUSA’s Facebook and Instagram pages inform students to “dress to impress”, which can only be interpreted as “PJ bottoms and a nice top” in the current environment. Oh, and students are still able to get that “all-important end of term celebration photo” with the E-GIF Booth that EUSA has set up.

Needless to say, there is also a wine hamper up for grabs for the best dressed attendees, so at least you’ll be able to drown your sorrows after being hit with perhaps the most disappointing end to fourth year ever. Our thoughts are with you, guys.
