Tuesday 22nd September

Space Tuesdays
Those new to Leeds may not be aware of the city’s importance on the house scene in the UK. At many festivals, artist concerts and superclubs both in the UK and abroad, it’s Leeds DJs that more often than not that complete the roster. It’s nights like Space Tuesdays that are responsible for that. A small venue, Space fills up quickly, so tickets would be advisable.

Playground Saturdays at PRYZM
Having the biggest club in the city allows this place to have a ridiculous number of rooms each with their own distinct music policy. For flats with a varied group taste in music, you can’t go wrong by taking everyone here. Just be sure to get each other’s numbers before you get lost. Being situated right next to Mcdonald’s means you’re never more than a two minute walk from that post-night-out burger too.

Control Saturdays
Saturdays at Control bring a main room of house all night and a side room for garage and hip-hop. Fridays vary week to week with artists such as Todd Terry, Jay Hardway and Nervo all making appearances in the past year.

Projekt Saturdays
Projekt is unique; to see international chart topping DJs usually costs too much for most students, however, this night brings them to you for the ridiculous price of £5! Keep an eye on the Beatport and iTunes charts, chances are you’ll see those artists at this night. With resident DJ PBH fresh out of the Magaluf summer alongside his regular world tours and himself becoming an up and coming artist with partner-in-crime Jack Shizzle (keep an eye out for these two in the charts), you will not find a night like this anywhere else.
