Brawl at unofficial MOBO after-party where Krept & Konan and Stormzy were celebrating

Abs SettipalliThere was a brawl at a party in Leeds last night where rappers Krept & Konan and Stormzy were celebrating after the MOBOs.
The high-profile event was being held at Bar Soba on Merrion Street.
Although police have acknowledged that the incident did take place, no charges have yet been filed.
The MOBOs took place earlier in the evening at the First Direct Arena, with several celebrity attendees heading to Bar Soba afterwards.
Chief Inspector Fran Naughton, of Leeds District Police, said: “At 2.50am today police received several 999 calls reporting a disturbance involving a large number of people at Bar Soba, in Merrion Street, in Leeds city centre.
“Officers attended and dispersed the crowd and remained in the area for some time to ensure there were no further issues.”
The statement continued: “Although a number of callers reported seeing people injured, no-one came forward to officers to report being assaulted and no arrests were made.
“If anyone does want to report any offences arising from this incident, we would urge them to contact us.”
