Ross from Friends teaches at UCL

So does Dr Pepper

Well no, not really, but we do have a Professor Geller at UCL.

UCL’s own Mark Geller is the Jewish Chronicle Professor of Jewish Studies and since 1976 has overseen the transformation of his department from a handful of students into a growing hub of enthusiasts keen to learn about Late Medical Prescriptions for the Nose.

Whether he has tried to increase interest in the study of Jewish holidays by dressing as The Holiday Armadillo, it is not known.

He’s never yet been seen rollerblading through Foster court, but at least his British accent isn’t fake, and his extensive knowledge on Aramaic magic bowls in relation to Rabbinic texts is a major crowd pleaser.

Professor Geller is currently working away in Berlin as a visiting Professor, but while we’re on a break, we’ve got plenty of other professors with weird names to tide us over.

Dr Pepper

“What’s the worst that could happen?” …Glomerulonephritis and ANCA-associated Vasculitis, apparently.

Dr Dick

Not much of a dick, actually. An ex-Reader of Cognitive Neuroscience at Birkbeck College, UoL.

Professor Xavier

UCL’s Professor Xavier (more appropriately, Professor Xavier Golay) is a Professor of MR Neurophysics and Translational Neuroscience.

Yep, UCL’s very own Professor X actually reads minds (kind of).
