SUSSED’s past paper facility is down again today, in a “major service issue.”

iSolutions are working to resolve the “major system outage,” with pressure building as students panic over their upcoming exams. It is not just past papers that are inaccessible, but other “multiple services are currently unavailable including Kofax, Donor Strategy, Northgate including MyView, Agresso,…Visitor Car Parking, Banner ODBC, Room Bookings, LiveSite websites and QlikView.”

Why now of all times to crash?!

iSolutions say they are “working on a fix currently,” and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Yet again, students’ revision has been disrupted as no past papers are accessible for exam practice, following a false fire alarm that forced students to evacuate and miss out on essential revision lectures – just yesterday.

This failing is already affecting the students, with Josh Cox tweeting The Tab:

@itscoxxy: In all seriousness though. NO PAST PAPER SYSTEM my life is over 🙁

The past paper system also crashed over the summer 2012, resulting in added stress over the exam period.

Will students ever get a break from disruption caused by the University?
