Police appeal for information after student goes missing

Chay Dunn hasn’t been seen for 11 days

| UPDATED

Officers are desperately appealing for witnesses after a 20-year-old has gone missing.

Chay Dunn, from Aberdeenshire, hasn’t been seen for 11 days.

He last spoke to his mum at the family home on May 18, but no one has seen or heard from him since, and he’s not returning any phonecalls.

There is no sign of Chay at his rented accommodation in Brighton and his social media sites, which his family say are usually active, have also been abandoned.

Chay studies in Brighton, but it is unsure whether he is a student at Brighton University or Sussex.

He apparently hasn’t been going to lectures for the past six months, which his mum says is “completely out of character”.

He has never gone missing or run away before, and police say he was last seen in Brighton the day before he went missing.

Chay has been described as clean shaven with blue eyes. He is five foot 10 tall, thin, and has shoulder-length brown hair.

If you have any information regarding Chay, please contact the Sussex police.

You can email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 and quote serial 798 of 24/05.

UPDATE: Hull police received reports of sightings of Chay on 30th May.
