Brighton students have the third highest rent in the UK

According to new findings, Brighton students have the third priciest rent in the UK. 

Research shows pay an average of £119.48 per week, well above the national average of £109. Oxford is the priciest place in the UK for student rent, paying £135.38 per week. We came just behind Cambridge who pay £131.48, and ten places above London who pay £105.08.

The findings came from Natwest’s Student Living Index, which profiled the most cost effective cities for students in the UK.

Queens in Belfast was the lowest in the UK at just £73.81 a week, closely followed by Manchester and Cardiff.
