Basically, 21 Savage is a famous rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. You might know him for his songs like Bank Account and Monster. Sadly, it’s not really a joke and he really is getting deported because he overstayed his American visa by about 14 years. People are naturally finding the prospect of him actually being a UK rapper very funny. And that’s what the joke is about, the memes aren’t meant to be laughing at the fact he’s getting deported.
Oh and also, Demi Lovato joined in on the 21 Savage memes, but people quickly told her that laughing about deportation isn’t funny. And now she’s deleted her Twitter account and gone into hiding. Yikes.
