A reminder of what the Kardashians looked like before they started ‘blackfishing’

A long time ago, in a faraway land, the Kardashian and Jenner family looked very different to how they do now. They’ve gone from the white women they are to trying to look more “racially ambiguous” by wearing different hairstyles, amping up their makeup looks, and surgery in the past few years. And they’ve been called out for cultural appropriation it

time and time again.

More recently, the family has been accused of “blackfishing” Blackfishing is an act commonly perpetrated by white women who try to look darker than they are or change their facial features to capitalise off “exotic” looks of historically oppressed minorities. P.S. To anyone about to tell me Kourtney, Kim and Khloe are half-Armenian, I know. But which part of Armenian culture allows women to blackfish please?

Khloe Kardashian

Before: Even with the wrong shade of foundation, Khloe used to be much paler than her other sisters.

Now: All I’m saying is Khloe needs to maybe chill out on the spray tan and her entire face is now different.

Kendall Jenner

Before: Remember Kendall Jenner pre-Pepsi era? This is what she looked like.

Now: ??? She looks like an entirely different person.

Kylie Jenner

Before: Ah sweet Kylie, remember when she looked like this?

Now: Me neither.

Before: Kim is a tricky one because her transformation has been so gradual, sometimes it’s hard to even see it.

Now: Her recently darker skin tone and exaggerated features would make you forget what she looked like before.
