Exams are over, festival season is here and the sun is out (well… ish).

DO

Big Flowers. They’re not for everyone, but if you’re brave enough to pull off a big flowered crown, you’ve got to do it well.

Stick with one bright colour to contrast with the rest of your outfit.

Less is more is one of the more easier looks to follow.

Subtle pastel shades can mesh well with any outfit, and make you look cute but still delicately feminine.

DON’T

Use it literally as a headband.

That stuff should be left to the ages of 5-11, otherwise you’ll just like like an extra to the Kimye wedding bridesmaids.

Hippy chic isn’t for everyone and this wrap round headband is overpowering with the frankly ugly distraction they call a sunflower.

This is a headband that should have stayed in the 60’s.

Finally.. Don’t go overboard.

One trend is often enough and matching your sunglasses with your headband doesn’t look as good as you think it does and in this pair the only thing you’ll be attracting is bees.
