Balliol
Date: 21st June
Theme: 750th Anniversary Commemoration Ball
Details: Balliol Ball Committee promises ‘a night of pure decadence and extravagance.’
Tickets are now sold out, but more tickets are being released to those on the waiting list sometime in the near future..
Brasenose
Date: 4th May
Theme: A Garden of Ice and Fire
Details: You should ‘prepare to be astounded by the graceful Ice Garden, and the contrasting hedonistic Fire Garden.’

Date: 20th April
Theme: The Orient Express
Price: £59
Details: The Ball Committee have promised to take attendees on a journey through London, Paris Munich and Istanbul in the 1920s.
Tickets are still available and can be purchased on the website.
St Hilda’s
Date: 4th May
Theme: A Day at the Races (Commemoration Ball)
Price: £60
Details: There will be a gambling area, cucumber sandwiches and ‘original cocktails’. Attendees are also in with the chance of winning tickets to Ascot.
Dining tickets have all sold out, but there are still non-dining tickets available.
Keble Ball
Date: 4th May 2013
Theme: Forbidden fairytales
Price: £85
Details: According to the commitee it’s going to be ‘Oxford’s premium black tie ball is back once again, more mysterious and enchanting than ever before…’
Sold out, but there is a waiting list for which tickets might become available in the future.
Lady Margaret Hall
Date: 4th May
Theme: Cirque du Siècle.
Price: £125 Dining, £90 Non-dining
Details: ‘Sure to be the biggest and best ball of the year.’ say the Ball Committee… With entertainment including a reptile handler, a fire-breather and stilt-walkers.
Tickets sold out, but those on the waiting list have been told to keep their fingers crossed…
New College
Date: 22nd June
Theme: Commemoration Ball
Details: Very little has been given away as of yet, but we have been assured that there will be ‘fabulous food, drinks and entertainment.’
Tickets go on sale to college members on the 10th Feb and guest tickets will later be allocated by a random ballot. Tickets will not be available to members of other colleges.
Pembroke
Date: 10th May
Theme: Around the world in 80 days.
Details: Mission Burrito will be making an appearance, alongside a champagne reception.
Tickets are available on the website, at £85 each.
St Peter’s
Date: 27th April
Theme: The Roaring Twenties
Price: £80 for non-dining tickets and £105 for dining
Details: The Ball Committee has said ‘It’s sure to be an absolute humdinger of an evening with all of the comestible delights of multi-cultural 1920s.’

Queens
Date: 21st June
Theme: The Forbidden Palace
Details: The ‘Forbidden Palace’ cocktail will make its debut, alongside ‘exotic gourmet cuisine’ and ‘the finest wines.’

Somerville-Jesus
Date: 4th May
Theme: The Last Ball
Price: £110 for current students
Details: ‘The Last Ball will begin at eight o’clock in the evening, and the last
guest will walk out the gate of Somerville at six o’clock in the morning.’

Details: The website states that ‘Aristocratic, prim, and proper Victorian society will be juxtaposed with the curious, the mysterious, and the bizarre’…

Details: The Committee has said that there will be dancing ‘through the longest day and darkness falling, through the shortest night and sunlight rising.’ Little else has been revealed…
