This season everyone who’s anyone (or at least that’s what they tell me) is clashing their prints. Stripes with florals, hearts with a tribal twist, a bit of animal print with, well just about anything else…the rule book really has flown right out of the window with this one. There is, though, a small but very real danger that one could end up looking more Ugly Betty than runway ready, so here at the Tab we’ve compiled this oh so simple game to help you clash your clothing the right way (with a little bit of inspiration from the ladies above).

Working in much the same way as the age old classroom favourite noughts and crosses, all you have to do is join up the items with a straight line in any direction: vertical, horizontal, even a diagonal if you’re feeling crazy, and hey presto you’ve got yourself an entire outfit. Massive kudos to anyone who dares to brave the lecture theatre in all 9 prints at once-although I can’t guarantee the public reaction to that one… although I'm sure it will amount to a standing ovation. Quite simply the best way to get some colour and quirkiness into your wardrobe, clashing your prints is a cheekily fun way to put your own stamp on an outfit, and look simply fabulous in the process.
