Cambridge Street Style

Two style mavens from Caius show us how it’s done. Ladies and gentleman: the return of street style.

These stylish Cambridge students (both 2nd years at Gonville and Caius) know a thing or two about the subtle joys of layering and a softer colour palette. We’re loving Eleanor’s layered look: take one interesting top, add that fabulous jacket with the super-stylish boots- what a chic lady. She’s a bit of inspiration as to how to jazz up a favourite dress, or to add an edge to a classic pair of boots or leather jacket. This is most definitely a look twice outfit: understated but impressively put together. Full marks.

Adam, on the other hand, is an exemplary lesson in how to do dressed-down-and-I-don’t-give-a-damn style. Take one classic cable knit jumper, turn up your chinos just enough to shown off the lime green stripe on your socks, add insouciant plimsolls, and finish with an edgy but practical beanie to set off the general too-cool-for-school aura. An extremely stylish gentleman.
