Police have warned of freezing conditions in Exeter tonight and tomorrow morning, as we face a week of Siberian weather.

The big freeze that struck Exeter this weekend – after a warm spell last week – is set to continue, with wind gusts of up to 34mph making it feel like -9C until 6am tomorrow morning.
