Lash Dash 2013

What’s better than taking a canoe down the river exe and being greeted with a full BBQ upon finishing at Double Locks?

All you need to do is enter your team of 4 into one of the available time slots.

Each team gets one canoe and starting from the Quay you paddle your way to the bridge by the playing fields before making a dash for the last 500 to finish at Double Locks!

Rep your society/club/house/halls and race against others, everyone receives the full BBQ, chips and salad on arrival and lash prizes for first, second, and third place announced in the full prize giving ceremony at 6pm!!

Your team will be pitted against five others in one of the four time slots, come up with a team name and simply select your preferred time when purchasing your ticket on Fatsoma linked on the Facebook event page.

Tickets are £15 available now and include full canoe hire, paddles and lifejackets, a race map and instructions for the competition with a BBQ at Double Locks and Prize giving ceremony round 6, setting you up for a big night at TP!!!

We’re expecting it to be a hot day with with clear skies and what better place to be than on the river with some mates to celebrate the end of the year!!
