Fashion in the Forum: Week Seven
Tackling the post-reading week blues in style
Post reading week blues have well and truly set in, with colder, shorter days and longer evenings.
Our seven fashionistas of the week have tackled this with maxi coats, fur trims and funky tees.
We had a very strong group of ladies this week, so I would like to use this opportunity to ask the boys of Exeter to step up their game. It's November, get out of your rugby shorts and into something more exciting!
Sophie, Fourth Year, French and English
Kicking off this week we have sweet and petite Sophie wearing a gorgeous vintage sheepskin coat she picked up from Rokit, and Doc Marten Jadon boots.
Marina, First Year, Politics
Fab fresher Marina looked scandi-chic in her maxi coat from French brand Harmony and straight leg Gap trousers.
She tied her look together with some white air force ones and a white tee.
Niamh and Alice, Third Year, Philosophy and Geography
Niamh and Alice rock the item of the season, the corduroy boiler suit, layered with tees and white shoes.
Niamh picked hers up from Other Stories and Alice's is from Free People.
The girls are housemates and hadn't planned to wear the same thing! Talk about coordination…
Celia, Fourth Year, Marketing
Celia spiced up the classic t-shirt and jeans look with her vintage t-shirt bought by her Mum in Hong Kong in the 80s.
She completed her outfit with some olive utility jeans from Topshop and throwing peace signs (optional extra).
Nina, Fourth Year, Anthropology
Nina's tweed green maxi coat stood out in the grey of Forum. She dressed down her coat with black jeans, lots of gold jewellery and some vegan trainers from Vega.
Izzy, Third Year, Liberal Arts
Izzy verses us in mono-chroming this week with her white and cream layers, paired with jeans and velvet Docs.
Her corduroy shirt is thrifted – sustainable and stylish!
Lily, Third Year, Liberal Arts
Lily looked eye catching in her vintage teal jeans from Sobey's.
She made her look everyday friendly, styling her jeans with a classic black polo-neck and black trainers.
