Sydney Jones Starbucks now closes two hours earlier
Late night library-goers are unimpressed
Cydney YeatesThe Starbucks café in the Sydney Jones is now closing two hours earlier than usual.
You can no longer get your late afternoon caffeine fix from Starbucks, who are switching their coffee machines off at 3.30pm instead of after 5pm.
Instead, parched library-goers will have to make do with the coffee machine.
Second year student Ryan said: “I just want to be able to have a nice cup of coffee during my late afternoon library sessions.”
Does not compare to the library cafe
Louis, a second year Law student is annoyed at the new closing time.
He said: “It’s going to cause a latte problems.”
And second year English and Communications student Angus noticed the coffee machine is more costly than the library cafe.
The University have yet to comment on why these changes have taken place.
