Ella Eyre to headline Pangaea: Down the Rabbit Hole

Bec OakesPangaea’s gone mainstream as it announces that R&B/pop singer Ella Eyre will be headlining an Alice in Wonderland themed night when it returns to Manchester on the 24th of September. The other headline acts are afrobeat artist Fuse ODG and drum and bass producers S.P.Y + SP:MC.
6,000 students will descend on Manchester’s student union as over 15 rooms are transformed into the parallel universe of Lewis Carroll’s novels.
Other acts for the festival, which is also the final night of #MADEITTOMCR freshers’ welcome events, include Dark Sky, Mosca and Late Nite Tuff Guy with Manchester local Dub Conductor also set to make an appearance.
Facebook’s reaction as of yet has been generally positive, however opinions have been divided with third year Chemistry student, Ollie describing the lineup as “total garbage” and saying “this ain’t V Fest you muppets”.
