Rain, shine, glitter, mud
Parklife 2019: where do we begin? It's the only summer festival that matters for Manchester students (so much so that Sacha Lord once proposed to make Parklife weekend a national Bank Holiday), nestled right in that sweet limbo in between exams finishing and a looooong summer at home beginning.
It's the best way to say goodbye to your uni family, caked in glitter and mud, head-to-toe in neon, inebriated and dancing to the best voices and sound in music.
This celebratory swan-song feel to Parklife brings out the best, waviest and wildest garms, making an average day in Fallowfield look like Canterbury Farmer's Market. Yes, it may have been wet this year, we all came home peeling chunks of mud off Antwerp trainers, but in Manchester, we know how to make the best out of rainy days.
