Man Breaks Jaw in LCR Attack

A man has suffered a broken jaw after being attacked at Saturday night’s A-List.


Police have called for witnesses after a man assaulted at the LCR was hospitalised with a broken jaw.

The attack took place between 1am and 2am as people were evacuating the venue due to a fire alarm.

The victim, a 28-year-old man, was standing in the Hive when he was approached by another man who began to verbally threaten him before punching him, knocking him unconscious and leaving him with a broken jaw.

The man was taken to hospital where it was found he had fractured his jaw in three places and is now undergoing surgery.

The assault took place near the stairs in the Hive as people were being evacuated
