Everything you need to know about the Tramlines line up
It’s the tenth anniversary of the festival
Tramlines Festival has announced that this summer's event will be headlined by Stereophonics, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Craig David's TS5.
The tenth anniversary of Tramlines takes place between Friday 20th and Sunday 22nd July at its new, 40,000-capacity home of Hillsborough Park, which is less than 15 minutes away from the city centre by tram.
After a slight delay with the announcement, the line up shows that it was more than worth the wait, with a range of impressive local and national talent.
Welsh titans Stereophonics will headline the Friday of the festival, with former Oasis star Noel, who is about to tour arenas across the UK off the back of his new album Who Built The Moon, headlining on Saturday.

"AND SOOOOOO SALLY CAN WAIT"
Craig David's TS5 – which is part DJ set, part live performance from Craig, and described by organisers as "akin to a live dubplate clash" – closes out the Sunday.
There is also a strong undercard for the event, with a number of popular indie bands appearing, including Blossoms and Coasts, alongside well known local acts Reverend and the Makers and The Sherlocks.
R&B and hip-hop presence on the line up comes from De La Soul, Mabel and Stefflon Don, while treating the people of Sheffield to a hungover workout will be nineties telly personality Mr Motivator, when the festival site opens earlier than in previous years.
Pale Waves, The Magic Gang and Wulfman Fury are among the new talent on the line up.

The new venue for the festival
Tramlines’ new home of Hillsborough Park will feature four different stages, a soon-to-be-announced comedy line up, treats from a number of Sheffield local breweries, a kids and family area, and much more.
Tickets for Tramlines are now on fourth release, but still cost just £59 plus booking fee for the weekend, and are available directly from the festival's website.
Organisers have promised further line up announcements in the months counting down to the festival, which will be posted on their website and social media outlets.
