Booze found in tutorial…and tutor doesn’t care

Alcoholic remains discovered by Archaeology students

Forget GUSA, archaeologists are the biggest party people this semester.

Students in a Level One Archaeology tutorial found bottles of vodka and a half empty case of Tennents under their desks in the IT Lab.

The Gregory building tutorial, was made far more exciting by the uncovering of a secret trove of alcoholic treasures.

Exhibit A

When it was pointed out to their tutor, he said that the bottles most likely belonged to a third-year that had attended a party there the night before:

“Yeah we’re not your parents as long as you’re not drinking during class we don’t really care.

“There’s wine bottles on the other side of the room as well.”

Students who are bored or hungover doing tutorials and labs now have an easy way to fix their problems.

Hopefully next time there’s a party in the Gregory building, these thoughtful third years will leave some mixer too.

If we studied dinosaurs, we might turn to the drink as well.
