Mass brawl caught on camera at Sanctuary Nightclub’s beer garden
Bouncers struggled to keep the fighters apart
Alexandra BullardA mass brawl broke out last night in Sanctuary’s beer garden on Dumbarton Road, with video footage showing multiple punches and drinks being thrown.
Stewards quickly intervened and the police were called to the Glasgow nightclub in order to break up the incident. A spokesperson from Sanctuary has confirmed that no-one was seriously injured.
Fellow onlookers watched on in horror as the young punters battled each other in the popular venue.
According to Glasgow Live, a spokesperson confirmed:
“The sanctuary staff and management are appalled by the behaviour of a small minority of customers who have shown no regard for the safety and well-being of those around them.
“We will work with the police to ensure those responsible are dealt with appropriately and they will be barred from the venue. At anytime this behaviour unacceptable but never more so when faced with the current situation.”
